MEET ELISEO
We call him our “go to guy” here at Rion Designs because he’s been with our company for over seven years and remembers every event - literally. All we have say is, “what was that event where we….” and he knows exactly what event, what venue and every detail about it. Eliseo wears a lot of hats here at Rion from loading and unloading the truck to performing complex installations. He’s creative. He’s a problem solver. And he’s our guy when it comes to prepping for and day-of installations. His positive attitude is contagious and our team and clients love him - as evidenced by the consistent rave reviews we get about him and our entire install team. Eliseo loves job and he cares - and that’s apparent in every event of which he’s a part.
SET TO STRIKE
To get an event from inspiration to installation requires a lot of things in between. Eliseo is part of our daily team production meetings to help ensure we have every detail accounted for. As the event approaches, Eliseo and a team pull and carefully pack every item from our warehouse, strategically load our trucks and drive them to the event (this is our SET) Ask him sometime about dodging giant oaks or maneuvering rough terrain in order to get to those unique wine country event settings!. After the event - we call this our STRIKE - he’s back on-site reloading the trucks, cleaning furnishings and returning them to their designated places in our warehouse.
INSTALLATION
Installation of an event encompasses a vast amount of knowledge and attention to detail. It often entails following a detailed floor plan created by our Event Producers which indicates placement of every piece of furniture, rug, lighting and florals. Eliseo helps design and implement the rigging for elaborate tent walls, shelving, overhead lighting and florals when needed. He also has to know which fork goes where if he’s called to set a table! Eliseo is a master of all.

NAPA GROWN
Eliseo has lived in the Napa Valley since he was seven years old. He’s an avid music lover. That would be any kind of music - that makes him nod his head. In his free time he loves fishing, watching the sunset and especially just hanging out with his son.
