WINE COUNTRY GLAM | FOUR SEASONS

Don’t get us wrong. We’re the first ones to embrace Napa Country - dinner in the Vines, wine tasting against the Mayacama mountains, but every once in a while we crave a little glam. Our favorite new venue, The Four Seasons Resort in Napa Valley, offers event spaces to satisfy all. We recently had the pleasure of transforming their already gorgeous private dining space at, Truss, for a glamorous, private luncheon.

LAYER UPON LAYER

The unexpected guest at this luncheon was the dominant color of black. Intentionally chosen to contrast a series of other events the guests were attending that had a much lighter feel. Layers of black provided depth and interest - from a textured leather tablecloth and chargers to velvet napkins and taper candles.

DETAIL ORIENTED

Our client loves the color palette of black, white and gold so we’re always looking for ideas and ways to incorporate that into our designs. When we saw an abstract painting it prompted this idea for a unique placecard. Next to each guest name one of our talented Rion team members layered thick strokes of paint and topped with gold flecks. Placed atop a black velvet napkin it set the tone for this elegant luncheon.

FOUR SEASONS RESORT

This brand new resort is nestled in the charming town of Calistoga. Tucked into the base of Mount Saint Helena at the top of Napa Valley and surrounded by hundreds of acres of vineyards, it offers a beautiful assortment of venues, innovative dining, spa treatments and the Four Seasons incomparable hospitality experience. For event venues, choose from the Vineyard Barn, a rustic chic space with high ceilings and large barn doors, filled with natural light and adjacent to a lawn with views of the vineyard or the Calistoga Ballroom and adjacent Lakeside Lawn that overlooks the garden and Mayacamas mountains. Accommodations are sanctuaries, with each room boasting breathtaking views, fireplaces, and private terraces.
